International Shipping
Orders to countries outside the EU may incur an extra charge plus customs duties when they are received in the destination country.

Due to logistical reasons, we cannot accept orders placed by phone or email.I was wrong about the size, how can I make the change before receiving the order?
Once the purchase has been finalized, it is not possible to make changes to the order.
In this case, you can wait to receive the order and exchange it or return it and place a new order with the item/size you want.I made a mistake in the delivery address, how do I change it?
You must change the delivery address in your Customer Area. However, the address is not changed when the order has already been placed. You should always send an e-mail with the change request to ecommerce@casadaspeles.pt, if the order has not yet been sent.
What payment methods are available?
The Online Store accepts the following payment types: Multibanco, PayPal, credit card and MBway.Can I pay on delivery?
The Online Store does not offer payment on delivery as a payment method.I can't pay for my order with a credit card
Check that all the credit card details have been entered correctly. If the problem persists, you should contact the bank that issued the card and report the problem.
Repairs
The permanent search for new skins is a priority in our rigorous selection. The finish they get over time is normal and wrinkles or natural marks, far from being imperfections, are proof of their authenticity. Color differences, ribbing or small irregularities are not defects, but natural characteristics of the skin.
you should always bear in mind:
- Before applying any product, try it on the inside of the garment or in an inconspicuous place.
- Iron inside out using a cloth and an iron with at least no steam.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun or intense light, as this can cause color variations.
- Store in places with little light and no humidity to avoid the appearance of mold.
- Dirty or stained garments should be entrusted to specialists.

Exchanges of items purchased in a physical store
Items purchased in one of Casa das Peles' physical stores can only be exchanged in physical stores.
You should contact one of our stores for more details.
How can I exchange or return a product?
To return and/or exchange an item, go to your customer area and under "ORDERS" you will find a list of your orders placed in our online store.- Select "RETURN/EXCHANGE",
- Select the item,
- If you are exchanging a size or color, select "exchange item" and then select the color and size you want.
- In the case of a model exchange or return, select "return" and here you can choose:
- refund, which will be made using the same payment method,
- the issue of a voucher (exclusively for the online store) which you can use to buy the model you want.
